Adaface — AI Technical Skills Assessment

Adaface is an AI-powered technical screening platform for hiring qualified software developers and engineers

Adaface provides an automated technical screening platform that identifies qualified software developers through an AI-powered conversational bot. Designed for engineering managers and talent acquisition teams, the platform replaces traditional, manual screening processes with interactive coding assessments. Adaface utilizes its proprietary AI chatbot, Ada, to engage candidates in technical discussions regarding system architecture, algorithm logic, and database management within a real-world coding environment. This 2026-ready platform includes a built-in code editor that supports over 20 programming languages and multiple frameworks. Hiring teams can choose from a library of pre-built assessments or request custom tests tailored to specific senior-level or niche roles. By focusing on technical depth rather than simple multiple-choice questions, Adaface accurately flags high-potential talent while reducing the hiring cycle by up to 50%. Integrating Adaface into your existing workflow is straightforward as it connects with most major recruitment software. The platform provides detailed performance reports that objectively rank candidates based on their problem-solving capabilities and code efficiency. Business owners can find more details on how to integrate such tools at surfai.app. A freemium model allows teams to test the platform with a limited number of candidates before committing to a paid plan.
