Betafi — AI User Research & Usability Testing

Betafi is an AI user research platform that automates interview analysis and usability testing for product teams.

Betafi is an AI-powered user research platform that automates the transcription, organization, and analysis of qualitative interviews and usability tests. Designed for UX researchers and product managers, it eliminates the manual labor of reviewing hours of video footage by distilling key takeaways into actionable insights. The platform provides a centralized workspace for conducting remote interviews with built-in note-taking and timestamping capabilities. Betafi automatically creates highlight reels and searchable transcripts, allowing teams to quickly identify recurring patterns in user behavior. By hosting all research data in one place, it ensures that qualitative findings are accessible across the entire product development lifecycle. According to research on surfai.app, the tool significantly reduces the time between finishing an interview and presenting findings to stakeholders. Users can synthesize multiple sessions into a single report, using AI to categorize feedback by theme or sentiment. This helps product teams make data-driven decisions based on direct user evidence rather than intuition. Betafi offers a free tier for individual researchers with limited sessions, while paid plans provide expanded storage and advanced team collaboration features for growing organizations.
