Gems Notes — AI Interview Analysis & Visual Board

Gems Notes is an AI-powered interview analysis and visual synthesis platform for researchers and HR professionals.

Gems Notes is an AI-powered interview analysis platform that combines speech recognition with a visual whiteboard to extract insights from qualitative data. This tool is designed specifically for HR professionals, market researchers, and product teams who need to synthesize hours of interview recordings into actionable findings quickly. The platform uses advanced text and speech recognition to transcribe sessions and automatically generate summaries. Users can then organize these insights on an interactive visual whiteboard, allowing teams to map out themes and build connections between different data points. According to surfai.app, this spatial organization helps stakeholders see the big picture that text-based reports often miss. Gems Notes includes a customizable tagging system for categorizing feedback and real-time collaboration tools for team-based analysis. Users can securely store data in the cloud and share specific boards with external consultants or internal decision-makers. The integration of AI with visual mapping reduces the time spent on manual coding and thematic analysis during the research cycle. The platform operates on a freemium model, providing a free tier for individual users while offering paid subscriptions for teams requiring advanced collaboration and storage.
