Hirevire is an asynchronous video interview platform for streamlining candidate screening for hiring teams

Hirevire is an automated video interviewing and screening platform that streamlines the early stages of the hiring process. It is designed for recruiters, HR professionals, and lean business owners who need to qualify candidates quickly without the scheduling conflicts of traditional phone screenings. By using Hirevire, hiring teams can create custom interview templates and invite applicants to record their responses via video, audio, or text at their own convenience. The platform eliminates the need for initial live interviews by allowing recruiters to review candidate submissions asynchronously. Teams can easily organize applications, share recordings with colleagues for collaborative voting, and identify top talent faster. Business owners using the surfai.app directory often find this approach reduces the time-to-hire by specifically filtering for communication skills and cultural fit before a formal meeting occurs. Hirevire supports various file uploads, making it possible to collect portfolios, resumes, and code samples alongside video responses. The dashboard provides a centralized view of all active job openings and candidate statuses, ensuring no applicant is overlooked. It also includes features for automated notifications and simple link-based sharing for job postings. Hirevire offers a freemium model with a free forever tier for single job postings, while paid plans provide additional capacity for scaling teams in 2026.
