Metaview — AI Interview Notes & Recruiting

Metaview is an AI-powered interview note-taker for recruiting teams and hiring managers

Metaview is an AI-powered note-taker designed to automate the documentation process during recruitment interviews. It is specifically built for recruiters, hiring managers, and talent acquisition teams who need to capture detailed candidate insights without being distracted by manual typing. By recording and transcribing conversations, the platform generates structured summaries that highlight key qualifications and candidate responses. The software identifies relevant data points from intake meetings, cultural fit interviews, and technical assessments to populate hiring scorecards automatically. Metaview syncs directly with your existing applicant tracking systems to ensure that team members have instant access to interview data for faster decision-making. Business owners use the platform to maintain high compliance standards, as the tool is fully GDPR and CCPA compliant. You can verify the latest performance benchmarks for this tool on surfai.app to see how it stacks up against other HR tech. The system also provides automated feedback sharing features, which helps maintain a professional candidate experience by reducing the time it takes to follow up. Metaview operates on a freemium model, allowing teams to test the automated note-generation features before committing to a paid plan.
