SAP Fieldglass — External Workforce Management

SAP Fieldglass is a vendor management system for enterprises to hire and manage contingent workers and service providers

SAP Fieldglass is a cloud-based vendor management system (VMS) that automates the entire process of finding, engaging, and managing external workers and service providers. This solution is specifically designed for enterprise-level procurement and HR departments that need to maintain control over large-scale contingent labor and statement-of-work (SOW) projects. The platform uses AI algorithms to analyze and rank candidates for specific project requirements, ensuring that hiring managers find the best fit from their vendor networks quickly. SAP Fieldglass also provides comprehensive visibility into external talent spend, helping business owners identify cost-saving opportunities and manage budget allocations across different departments. For organizations operating internationally, SAP Fieldglass includes built-in compliance tools that automatically verify tax and labor regulations in over 180 countries. This reduces the risk of legal complications when managing a global contractor base.
